Our Accountability Coaching is designed to help you stay focused, organized, and committed to the goals you have chosen for yourself. Together, we transform your priorities into realistic action steps, establish manageable timelines, track your progress, and identify obstacles that may be slowing you down. Regular check-ins provide structure and an opportunity to celebrate progress, reassess priorities, and adjust your plan when circumstances change. Whether you are working toward personal, academic, career, or professional goals, accountability coaching provides consistent encouragement and structure while keeping you in control of your decisions, pace, and definition of success.
Cancellation Policy
Elevate Your Path Life & Learning Booking & Payments: All coaching, tutoring, educational, and personal development sessions must be scheduled through our website or an authorized booking method. Paid services require payment at booking unless otherwise stated. Free consultations are complimentary and do not require a credit card. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be considered used or nonrefundable, except in emergencies or exceptional circumstances. If we cancel a session, clients may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected prepaid service. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice may be treated as missed appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Packages & Refunds: Coaching packages must be used according to their stated terms and validity periods. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@elevateyourpath.net. Refund eligibility depends on services delivered, package conditions, and applicable consumer protection laws. Online Sessions: Clients are responsible for having reliable internet access and appropriate equipment. Technical difficulties should be reported promptly so alternative arrangements can be considered. Confidentiality: Personal information will be handled with care and according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Confidentiality is subject to legal obligations and exceptions. Professional Disclaimer: Our services support personal growth, academic success, goal setting, and skill development. They do not replace psychological counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance. Specific results are not guaranteed. Academic Integrity: Tutoring and academic coaching promote independent learning. We do not complete assignments, examinations, or graded academic work for students. Minors: Participants under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent. Travel Events: Retreats and travel experiences have separate booking, payment, and cancellation policies. Agreement: By booking, clients acknowledge this policy and accept its applicable terms. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
