Open Conversation Session Talk About What Matters to You A private, judgment-free conversation centered entirely on what you want to talk about. There is no required topic or predetermined agenda. You may want to discuss a decision, relationships, work, school, personal goals, a life transition, something that has been on your mind, or simply organize your thoughts by talking them through. Your coach provides attentive listening, thoughtful questions, reflection, and a human connection that can help you gain clarity and explore your own perspectives and possibilities. Could include: personal reflection, decision-making, goals and dreams, life changes, work or academic concerns, relationships and communication, motivation, or simply a meaningful conversation. Important: This is a coaching and conversational service and is not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or medical care. When a concern falls outside the scope of coaching, we may recommend seeking an appropriately qualified professional.
Cancellation Policy
Elevate Your Path Life & Learning Booking & Payments: All coaching, tutoring, educational, and personal development sessions must be scheduled through our website or an authorized booking method. Paid services require payment at booking unless otherwise stated. Free consultations are complimentary and do not require a credit card. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be considered used or nonrefundable, except in emergencies or exceptional circumstances. If we cancel a session, clients may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected prepaid service. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice may be treated as missed appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Packages & Refunds: Coaching packages must be used according to their stated terms and validity periods. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@elevateyourpath.net. Refund eligibility depends on services delivered, package conditions, and applicable consumer protection laws. Online Sessions: Clients are responsible for having reliable internet access and appropriate equipment. Technical difficulties should be reported promptly so alternative arrangements can be considered. Confidentiality: Personal information will be handled with care and according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Confidentiality is subject to legal obligations and exceptions. Professional Disclaimer: Our services support personal growth, academic success, goal setting, and skill development. They do not replace psychological counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance. Specific results are not guaranteed. Academic Integrity: Tutoring and academic coaching promote independent learning. We do not complete assignments, examinations, or graded academic work for students. Minors: Participants under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent. Travel Events: Retreats and travel experiences have separate booking, payment, and cancellation policies. Agreement: By booking, clients acknowledge this policy and accept its applicable terms. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
